Property plans for the financier's private tropical island included in the photographs.
Additionally contained in this new photograph drop appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had drawn up development schemes to develop the substantial island by building homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
You can see the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the territory, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is marked up in notations in red and includes a key labelling various areas of the property.
Alongside the main plan are what appear to be several other site drawings and engineering blueprints, featuring plans for marina coverings.
